Day 3: NOAH camp
Day 3 was probably the best day so far. Harley Race announced last night that today was completely devoted to the Pro Wrestling NOAH trainers.
9:00—Report to Eldon Community Center
9:00–1000—Pro Wrestling NOAH conditioning drills (see below for sample)
100 sit-ups, 100 flutter-kicks, 100 leg pulses, 100 leg crossovers, 2 sets of 30 elevated pushups, 1 set of timed pushed, 1 set of odd even paused pushups, 100 hindu sqauts, 50 jump squats
1000–1200—5 minute match drills

13:00–14:30—Up and over drills
14:30–16:00—Q & A with Pro Wrestling NOAH, and additional Q & A with Ricky Steamboat.
